Founded by Erica Tokach
Erica Tokach is a Reiki Master Teacher and somatic nervous system practitioner who created the Somatic CNS Method™ after her own experience with a dysregulated nervous system. She has taught nervous system regulation and energy work to a community of more than two million people, and founded the Institute to bring that teaching to a professional standard.
Curriculum is reviewed by Laura DiCesare, Clinical Curriculum Consultant, to ensure programs remain within appropriate professional scope and meet established educational standards.
